At Norah Jewelry, we stand behind the quality of every piece we create. Our jewelry is made with a 316L stainless steel base and PVD coating, designed to be water-resistant, durable, and suitable for everyday wear.

What’s Covered

All pieces include a 6-month quality guarantee from the date of purchase. This covers:

• Manufacturing defects

• Premature tarnishing under normal wear conditions

• Coating defects not caused by misuse or improper care

What’s Not Covered

Our guarantee does not cover:

• Damage caused by improper use, care, or storage

• Scratches, dents, breakage, or accidental damage

• Loss or theft

• Normal wear over time

• Damage caused by exposure to chlorine, bleach, harsh chemicals, perfume, or ocean water

How to Make a Claim

To submit a claim, email contact@norahjewelry.com within six months of your purchase date.

Please include:

• Your order number

• A clear photo of the issue

• A brief description of what happened

Once reviewed, we’ll contact you with the available resolution. Approved claims may qualify for a replacement or another appropriate solution.
