Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be:

• Unused, unworn, and in their original condition
• Returned in the original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

To begin a return, please email contact@norahjewelry.com with your order number. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us promptly at contact@norahjewelry.com with your order number and photos so we can make it right.
